Evaluation

First evaluation: by phone

Second evaluation: face to face if feasible or via Skype video in order not to lose time.

Interview's methodology

Based on the CBR approach: Competencies Based Recruitment.

References

We require a minimum of three references.

Negotiation

Support until contract's signature.

Support during the critical period of relocation: our knowledge of the Swiss market and life conditions enables us to advice properly candidates and to support them.

Candidate's Integration

Follow up after placement and review after a 3 month period.
